Quando Peter arguģ che il suo desiderio
di incontrare Kiefer Sutherland, il suo
attore preferito, si stava realizzando,
non avrebbe mai immaginato a quali
sorprese sarebbe andato incontro.
Nel marzo del 2004, Peter e la sua famiglia si recarono
sul set dello show televisivo 24 dove
incontrarono il loro attore del cuore.
Disse Peter di questo incontro "
Kiefer fu una persona gentile e
premurosa. Si presentņ immediatamente e
chiese com'era andata la mia cura ".
Poichč era interessato a tutti gli
aspetti della registrazione dello show,
Peter fu in grado di apprezzarne il
dietro le quinte. Visitarono il set,
incontrando il cast e la troupe di 24,
gustandosi persino un pranzo con loro!
Quando Kiefer scoprģ che Peter e la sua famiglia erano
degli appassionati di hockey, fece in
modo da farli assistere alla partita dei Kings/Wild di quella sera! Per Peter
doveva ancora arrivare la parte migliore
del giorno. Lui e suo fratello furono
portati nel guardaroba e da li inseriti
in una scena dello spettacolo. I due
fratelli apparvero per l'esattezza alle
20:11.
Alla fine della giornata, Peter e la sua
famiglia tornarono a casa con tantissimi
souvenirs autografati da tutti i membri
del cast e della troupe. Sentendosi
privilegiato nell'aver trascorso un
intero giorno sul set, Peter disse "
La gente di 24 ha avuto grande cura di
noi. E' stato un giorno che non
dimenticherņ mai ".
Peter ci ha lasciati tristemente quest'anno per via di un
Ostereosarcoma. Impedendo che le
difficoltą della sua malattia
scoraggiassero il suo meraviglioso
spirito, Peter rimarrą un'ispirazione
per tutti noi alla Fondazione "
Realizza un desiderio " del
Minnesota. Siamo onorati di aver
condiviso parte della vita di questo
coraggioso ragazzo e siamo grati al cast
e alla troupe di 24 per l'aiuto
nell'aver creato questi bellissimi
ricordi in Peter e la sua famiglia. |

When Peter found out his wish to
meet Kiefer Sutherland, his favorite
actor, was going to come true, he
could not fathom the splendid
surprises he would get along the
way!
In March fo 2004, Peter and his
family traveled to the set of
television show 24 where they met
the much-loved actor. Said Peter of
their meeting, [Kiefer] was a
very kind and considerate guy.
Immediately he introduced himself
and asked how my treatment had gone.
As Peter was interested in all
aspects of shooting the show, he was
able to go behind the scenes. They
toured the set, meeting the cast and
crew of 24, and even enjoyed an
on-the-set lunch with the troupe!
When Kiefer found out Peter and his
family are huge hockey fans, he made
arrangements for them to attend a
Kings/Wild game that very night! For
Peter though, the best part of the
day was yet to come. He and his
brother were taken to wardrobe and
from there put into a scene of the
show! The two brothers appeared in
the eight oclock hour8:11 to be
exact. At the end of the day, Peter
and his family went home with loads
of autographed souvenirs from the
cast and crew.
Feeling privileged to spend the
entire day on set, Peter said, The
24 people took amazing care of us.
It was a day I will never forget.
Sadly, Peter passed away early this year from Osteogenic
Sarcoma. Refusing to let the
difficulties of his illness dampen
his wonderful spirit, Peter will
remain an inspiration to all of us
at the Make-A-Wish Foundation
of Minnesota. We are honored to have
shared a part in the life of this
courageous young man. We are
grateful to the cast and crew of 24
for helping create beautiful
memories for Peter and his family.

sarą aperta e mostrata al pubblico per 3 mesi una
mostra speciale di immagini scattate in Africa
durante le riprese di
24: Redemption.
La mostra sarą composta da circa 50 foto stampate
dalla Digital Fusion e realizzate da 4 membri della
troupe e da 1 attore. I fotografi sono: Jon Cassar,
Michael Klick, Rodney Charters, Kelsey McNeal e
Kiefer Sutherland.
E' una
buona raccolta di varie immagini dell'Africa in sč e
del making di 24. La mostra si terrą a Beverly Hills,
465 N. Beverly Drive, CA, 90210, al
The Paley Center for Media
e si concluderą l'11 gennaio 2009 per poi essere
trasferita a New York.

Opening November 10th, 2008 and showing for 3
months after that will be a special photo exhibit
highlighting pictures taken in Africa during the
filming of 24: Redemption.
The show will consist of appx 50 photographs printed
by Digital Fusion. The pictures were all taken by 4
crew members and 1 actor. The photographers are Jon
Cassar Director, Michael Klick Producer, Rodney
Charters Cinematographer, Kelsey McNeal Unit
Photographer and Kiefer Sutherland Actor.
Its a good variety of images of Africa itself and
the making of 24.
The Paley Center for Media
is in Beverly Hills at 465 N. Beverly Drive, CA,
90210 . The show ends Jan 11, 2009 and then may move
to New York.
