", è stato arrestato ieri per guida in
stato di ebrezza verso l'1:30 del
mattino, dopo aver fatto una illegale
conversione ad " U " nella West
Hollywood.
L'attore, noto per i suoi eccessi
durante i party, è stato portato nella
stazione di polizia e trattenuto fino
alla 4:00 del mattino " per aver

sangue ", ha affermato la Polizia.
" Ha collaborato molto.
Viaggiava da solo ", ha asserito il

parlato con diverse persone ed ha

Sutherland ha ricevuto dal Consolato Canadese il
prestigioso premio assegnato agli
artisti canadesi che si sono distinti
nel Cinema, nella Televisione e nella
Radio di questo paese.
E' arrivato alla cerimonia su
una Lincoln nera. Non ha parlato con i

was busted for DUI about 1 a.m.
yesterday after making an illegal U-turn
in West Hollywood.
The actor, known for his hard-partying
ways, was taken to a police station,
where he was booked just after 4 a.m.
for being " over the legal limit
", police said.
" He was very cooperative. He was
traveling alone, " said Sgt. Don
Lawrence, who works at the Hollywood
station. "When he got here, I noticed
he didn't have anybody waiting for him
in the lobby. When he spoke to different
people, he was real, real cooperative.
... He was respectful."
He received the prestigious Award of
Excellence from the Alliance of Canadian
Cinema, Television and Radio Artists at
the Canadian Consulate.
Sutherland arrived in a chauffeur-driven
black Lincoln Town Car..... He did not
speak with reporters.
Inside, " He gave a beautifully
eloquent speech, " said former "
NYPD Blue " actor and pal
Gordon Clapp,
59. "There was no mention of what
happened in the last 24 hours. He was
very affable with everyone, very social."
Asked if Sutherland had any alcohol at
the event, Clapp said, " No.
